Highlights
- Grew the club from zero to 100+ active members in under two months.
- Original content and a social media strategy drove 150,000+ views across Instagram and TikTok and sold out event registrations.
- Ran three tournaments of 8 to 10 teams each, with 50+ players at each one.
Getting the word out
Most of our promotion was short-form video posted to both Instagram and TikTok: game clips, player interviews and sign-up calls.

About 111,000 of the 151,000 views came in November, promoting our first tournament, the same weeks the club went from zero to 100+ members.
Tournaments
Our first tournament was a collab with CAISA, followed by two of our own. Across the three, we collected $4,290 in entry fees and paid out $1,170 in cash prizes.

With a fellow organizer on game day
Both of our own tournaments sold out. Smash & Pass filled fastest, with four teams signing up within 24 hours of the first.

The CAISA × Bounce tournament isn't shown: it was a collab event, and we don't have access to its sign-ups.
